- Return Process

Once customer service confirms your return request, you will receive a return authorization email with the return address and relevant instructions.

Please use a reliable logistics service to ship the product back and keep the tracking number to ensure the safe delivery of the package.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless there is a quality issue or the wrong product was sent.
Step 4: Refund processing
We will process the refund within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

- Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange the product, please indicate it when submitting the return request. We will arrange to ship the new product after receiving the return.
